Youth program for ages 15-29, comprised of a Pre-employment Preparation (PEP) component of 60 hours mandatory training, followed by a relevant work placement. Candidates are paid minimum wage for all hours of PEP, and employer receives a training incentive to cover some of the costs of hiring, over a period of weeks.

Youth Job Connection: Summer

Youth program for students aged 15-18, comprised of a Pre-employment Preparation (PEP) component of a minimum of 20 hours, maximum of 30 hours, followed by a summer or part-time placement during the school year. Candidates are paid minimum wage for all hours of PEP, and employer receives a training incentive to cover some of the costs of hiring, over a period of weeks.
